Why is our climate changing?
All of us are responsible for this! Every time we switch on an electrical appliance, we contribute to climate change. That is because in Singapore, electricity is generated mainly by burning fossil fuels, which produces carbon dioxide of CO2. Excess CO2 in the air traps more heat from the sun, causing climate change.
The more electricity we use, the more CO2 is released into the atmosphere.
